Homeless muggles disappearing

The Ministry of Magic announced this morning its discovery that homeless muggles have been disappearing from cities all over Europe at alarming rates.

"We believe that this merely demonstrates the success of welfare programs," ministry spokeswoman Hildegard Rubble asserted. "We have no evidence that magic is involved in any way, and there is no cause for alarm.
This is a strictly muggle phenomenon. The magical community is in no danger." ...
